STRENGTH OF A GATCH
GATCH is more rigid than conventional plywood and formwork, and
is highly resistant to impacts and heat.
It is resistant to damage even in tests where it is subjected to strong impacts from a hammer, and even
when subjected to loads that would cause plywood to bend significantly, there is little deformation,
and even when it is burned for seven minutes with an open flame, there is no change other than charring.
Through these various tests, it has been confirmed that GATCH is a material
that is resistant to rigidity, impact and heat.

PRECAUTIONS
⚫ Please apply a release agent (mold release agent) before use
⚫ In areas subject to large pressure, please perform
strength calculations to ensure safety.
⚫ As this is a plastic product, please be careful of fire.
⚫ We recommend using a high-pressure washer to
remove concrete and slag.
⚫ Avoid removing slag with a metal spatula.
⚫ When lifting, using a backing plate to protect the corners
where the wire will come to contact.
⚫ When stacking, take measures to prevent collapse, such as
inserting crosspieces, as the ribs are thin and prone to
to collapse.
⚫ Please be careful when handling the product as it will be
damaged if you pry it open with a crowbar or other object.
⚫ Please take into consideration “joint stretch” depending
on the number of pieces connected.
