STEPS IN THE APPLICATION OF EDACHE SS-05

1.0  Calculate the area that will be covered by the application.

2.0  Scarify the soil.
       Roadways should be free from foreign debris such as roots, plastics, etc.

3.0  Reduce the lumps.
       Soft spots must be eliminated.


‌4.0  Mix EDACHE SS-05 with water based on the recommended ratio in the
        water truck until homogeneous.

5.0  Spray EDACHE SS-05 soil stabilizer mixture on the scarified soil.


‌6.0  Mix the soil using the motorized road grader.
 
7.0  Compact the soil up to.e maximum 95% with a vibratory compact roller.

8.0  Allow the treated soil to cure for 24 hours.

STABILIZED SOIL IS PASSABLE AFTER 3 HOURS CONSIDERING GOOD WEATHER CONDITION.
